Worst experience!! First of all, the remote closer showed up with the wrong paperwork and we had to wait for the proper paperwork. I was going through a divorce and I was told explicitly that my ex husband would not be listed anywhere on my paperwork. Come to find out, this company listed him on my deed. I called Daniel to ask questions as to why and see what they will do to fix it and I got vague responses and "we will get back to you", then told I had to handle it myself, and then no answers at all. Now I am left to deal with this and pay for it AGAIN.

My transaction was a tough one, lots of twists and turns.
But these guys and the realtor helped me get to the finish
line - with minutes to spare. Literally!

I recently closed my 11th home in the last 5 years with Artesian. This time I had the pleasure of working with Gloria. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she got back to me immediately with an answer to every question! She was very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. As far as I'm concerned Gloria and Artesian are the BEST!!!
