Provided by YPmobileAll of these reviews just confirm the horrible experience I had with Dr. Pamela Beach is true and that i am not the only one who thinks the same of her unprofessionalism and rudeness.
WE SPENT 2.5 HOURS WAITING IN THE ROOM FOR HER!!! My daughter has a bad diaper rash. This doctor is inconsiderate of the fact that my little 1 year old can't stay still because of the pain and keeps wanting to go around. I saw her talking to the nurses and asking them to come tell me to step outside the office and wait there until they call me.
That was insane! Considering it is freezing out!
She is very unpleasant as a person. Looks very unhappy about herself and her job. Her voice sounds very depressing and nasty. Yet she is so slow at assisting people. I have been to hunters creek location many times and never had to wait long time with the other dr. Who is quick at what she does. Dr. Beach is an example of an unqualified Emergency Dr!!!! She can not handle patients quick and with quality as the company's poster says. She is unfit for this position. I do not want to EVER go back there!!!!! The staff aren't the nicest either. I am calling their corporate office on monday to tell about this horrific experience!!!! I left and my daughter did not get treated! I will not let anyone disrespect me in such manner! Dr. Beach is a snake. Stay away from her!

Provided by YP.comI WISH had read these reviews prior to my visits.
2 hours my last visit. With 2 patients ahead of us. Out of my time spent in your facilities, we spent:
-About 4 minutes with a receptionist - who asks me and types in every question she just had me answer on a written form
-About 4 min with the nurse for weight, pulse, etc
-AT LEAST 1.5 hour in a confined room, that quite frankly, could definitely be cleaner.
- And after an hour and half of waiting we spend about 6 min with the actual Doctor
My last visit cost $175. $175 for 14 min. Because my son had an ear infection.
Not to be confused with a bad diaper rash, that the doctor also spend 6 min on our last visit, which cost $75.
And not to be confused with the visit before that where the doctor spent 6 min on his pink eye and that too cost $75.
NO Treatments were given by the doctor or nurse. We didn’t use any of your band-aids, none of your Tylenol, no x-rays -- NOTHING. and I got charged $175.
This is disgusting. And as a company, you should be ashamed of how you take advantage of people in their vulnerability. I will NEVER EVER go back to after-hours pediatrics. I will not waste up to and more than 2 hours of my time to be taken advantage of financially. The last amount of my time I will waste on your company is posting this message as a review on every site/search engine I can find.

Provided by YP.comWe have taken both of our boys here (Hunter's Creek) 3 times in the past 2 years, and the doctor, Pamela Beach-Reber is by far one of the most rude and unprofessional physicians I have ever met. Each time she has made sure that either myself or my wife feel like idiots and everything is our fault for our child being sick. Also, each time, she has prescribed needless/extreme tests for their symptoms that our own pediatrician would never do (an EKG for a cold, a cathidor for a fever, and a shot for an ear infection). Our latest experience today sealed the deal that because of Dr. Beach, we won't be coming here again.

Provided by YP.comAfter Hours Pediatrics in Hunters Creek was the worst experience that I have ever experienced with a medical office. The main Doctor, Pamela Beach-reber was beyond rude and very unproffesional. As a doctor she was condescending to both me and my wife when we came to her about our daughters condition. They had to give her an I.V. for fluids and the nurse could not even find the vein for the IV, all the mean while my poor daughter is screaming from pain. When we tried to get the Doctor Pamela Beach to help, she made it the situation worst trying to put the blame on us and in the end she told us to leave or she would call Security on us! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any health care professional. I would recommend for everybody to avoid this location!!

Provided by YP.comMy child was not feeling good and I was frantic because this PCP was closed for the day. I took my child here and was treated well and seen promptly. This urgent care is great for minor emergencies.
