I was in Orlando to fly out to Atlanta. I had reserved an Uber to pick me up because I had to be at the airport at 4 in the morning. Unfortunately, a large $ amount was posted to my debit card that was unexpected and Uber cancelled my pick up. I had a credit card I could use but, I had left it at home. Lee from Big Apple came to pick me up at my hotel and even though I did not have the credit card with me, he took out the old fashioned carbon copy credit card papers (the kind we used before computers that you swiped across a machine and made an imprint of the card) and had me fill it out. By this time I was in tears worried I was going to miss my flight. I made sure to leave him a nice tip to show my gratitude. Lee was so sweet and kind, calmed me down, and told me not to worry he would get me there on time. I'm so glad he was there to rescue me. Thank you Big Apple and thank you Lee for taking such good care of me! Your kindness will never be forgotten!

This company deserves no stars. Absolute worst employees ever on the phone. Got hung up on three times, and called back and asked why I was hung up on and the trashy dispatcher proceeded to curse at me & hang up again. I will never use this company ever again. I hope you guys fire whatever sorry excuse for a woman you had working on the phones at 2am on Friday Sept 11 2015. Doesn't even deserve one star, but zero is not an option.

I would recommend this service to anyone. Very fast and ontime performance. They are quick to reach you better than those taxi services at the airport take an hr to reach you and charge you arm and leg

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE INSURENCE OR PERMITS FOR AIRPORT LAST YEAR ONE OF THE DRIVERS WAS EVEN KILLED IN A GUN FIGHT.. CAN NOT WORK INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS OF ORLANDO HAVE BEEN FINED MANY TIMES FOR TRYING TO ....
