Salad was crisp and fresh soup was good steak cooked perfect and shrimp were tasty. Service was good

From the moment we stepped in the tacky decor restaurant, one that is apparently trying to rip off every T.G.I.Fridays possible, it was one let-down after another. The wait staff appeared to be sloppy, and from all the running around they were doing they seemed not to have a leader anywhere in sight. Our waitress did not speak english so we had to point to everything on the menu that we wanted. I'm still not sure how she figured out what we wanted since there were no pictures in the menu. We first ordered onions rings which were undercooked and soggy. About an hour and half later, right after we were deciding on whether to leave or not, our food finally came out. I ordered the filet wrapped in bacon and instead I got two small cuts (of what I guess is steak) wrapped in bacon. I ate one before sending it back. The manager then came out, and even though I did not even ask for a refund or even to see the manager, proceeded to yell at us stating that he 's going to charge me for at least one filet since I ate one. In front of everyone of course, great customer service there... Never have I seen such disregard for the entire operation of a restaurant and the food that came out of the kitchen.

6 people, 5 overdone different types of steaks, rare, med-rare, and one med. All came out med to well. 1 to 2 steps above what was ordered. This on a slow day. For lunch, I expected the potatoes to not taste like yesterdays reheated.

Very disappointed.
