If YP would let me not put any starts I WOULD, not even worthy of a half star!!! My experience with this company has been horrible since day one. My husband broke his foot and was referred to him by the ER department at Dr. Phillips hospital. We get there and paid our co pay up front like we were supposed to, once in the room with the Dr. he proceeded to try and SHOVE this large black boot on my husbands foot which was very uncomfortable. The doctor was very short and rude. The icing on the cake for me is the fact that they say there policy is we have to pay $35 for any forms that need to be filled out by the doctor. That is fine with us, I fax over our Aflac insurance paper on Tuesday morning at 10am, I then call them back around 3pm to verify they received the papers. The receptionist hung up on me the first time and the second time told me that she was too backed up on patients and could not tell me what faxes have come in or went out. My husband calls yesterday "Sir, we will look for your paper and call you back once we have it filled out", nicer receptionist but they never took any of his information, not even his name!! I have attempted to call them again today twice. They state there hours are 8:30 to 3 and I have tried 3 times since 8:30 this morning and still no answer. I think this company is unprofessional and rude in every manor. I am giving everyone fair warning that if you have a problem to use another doctor or you will not get anything accomplished using this one!!!!!!
