The bartender started okay...brought my drink, then promptly ignored me for the next 25 minutes...I had wanted to eat, but no menu or offer of food...she did yell at the table behind me several times to somebody she knew but it was loud and obnoxious. I asked for my check just as the manager came behind the bar and proceeded to complain loudly about another patron. The bartender then said "that's it"... I just looked at her oblivious self...and told her and the manager..."there is just too much anger in this place with her yelling at people and you complaining, no menu, no offer for food"...the manager started to apologise the half hearted said "have a nice day"...what an unpleasant place...sad, BW3 usually the best place.

This is a delayed rant but I have been busy at work and I finally have a chance to speak my mind.

This is the second horrible experience that I have had in Buffalo Wild Wings on 09/27/2013.

It was a group of 6 friends in Orlando on International Dr. and we decided to go out to eat and drink. I called Buffalo Wild Wings and they told me that they had a special of $2 drinks and half off appetizers which was a no brainer when deciding where to go. Once we get there we are directed to sit outside and the waiter takes about 15 minutes to greet us. Once greeted we ask for specials and the waiter only mentions one appetizer which was $7. Immediately I tell him that I had called and know of more specials and he slowly but forcefully tells us about the specials.

Had I not forced it out him he wouldn't have said anything. We ordered two rounds of 4X$2 shots, one round of 6X$2 Long Islands Ice teas and a half priced appetizer. The first round of shots arrives 15 minutes later, the second round comes 20 minutes later, long islands come 20 minutes later and the appetizer comes about 30 minutes later. No water was brought to the table, no silverware or napkins were brought either. We were so hungry (with heartburn from drinking without food) that we didn't want to wait for the waiter and just ate with our hands and asked for the check (which came 2 minutes later). Doing the math we assumed a check would be no more than $35. When the check arrives it comes for $70. Immediately I notice there were no discounts applied to the check. I call the waiter and begin telling him about the check and before I finish he says that he forgot about the discounts and will update it. The second check that he brings I noticed that he didn't apply the discount for the appetizer call him again and immediately he notices and goes to make the change. Infuriated from the horrible service I go and explain to the manager informing her of the issues that we went through. The manager immediately tells me that I'm wrong and justifies all of the waiters actions. After causing a scene the manager decides to make the check $25. Even though the waiter didn't deserve a penny we left him an $8 tip. This is the second bad experience I have in Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never step foot in that restaurant ever again and I will tell every single person that I know not to go there.
