Saved my vacation. Perfect service, efficient, and friendly staff. I even left a bag in their shuttle bus and they brought it to me at my hotel! Thank you guys so much.

Great service! And the price was really great! We have a huge family, so it only made sense for us to rent a van. I only wish they had a location at the airport, but the shuttle ride was pretty quick, and they loaded all of our luggage into our van for us. They are a smaller company, so the extra service is a welcome sight. Will be renting from them again next year.

Thought it was too good to be true! The prices were lower than anywhere else and they even offered to price match if I found a cheaper price. So I figured, well, it will probably be an older van and crappy service. Much to my surprise and enjoyment, it was a late model van AND the service was nothing short of impeccable. I will be visiting Carl's again soon!

The Tampa Pickup/drop off location does not show up on most GPS devices. Make sure you have a map and know how to get back to the drop off location.

Shuttle service driver is great. Shuttle service customer service individuals are absolutely terrible.

For the $$$ it is a decent deal. Carl's is easy to work with and honest.
