I contacted the company's AS 4 times on a saturday and got hung up on twice. THEY DO NOT know how to handle customers waiting on a reply and tell you "I can't ....." and won't let you finish your sentence when you try to explain a situation to them. I am confused as to why CFP didn't call me back right away but it seems the service they use on Saturday will only cause me to have all the equipment removed from my property on Monday- ONLY because of the staff at the service who's job is to take messages and send messages to company's ...don't...this service is well below anyone's standards and ruined my perfect Saturday with blaming issues on me and yelling at me. Better luck next time. My business will be going elsewhere without a resolution today.
