I have had a great experience with Childrenfirst. My child supplies are well taken care of, even during this hard times of Covid. The ladies in the customer service team are all great. I had issues with his feeding pump and ran out of bags due to the issue. I spoke with a wonderful customer service lady with a sweet voice who checked with her manager and they were able to donate a couple of bags to last me until I am due again for supplies, and transferred me to the department where they handle equipment. They got my son's pump delivered to me that same day after hours and a few bags. This little things make our day so much better. Not sure if people take the time to tell you Thanks so much. I surely appreciate you.

We had a great experience with the DME company. The RT that trained us went above and beyond with helping us understand how to navigate where to set things up in my sons room to best care for him on his vent. When we had questions the RT would call us right back to help!

Concerned mom..Im in the process of bring my baby girl home from childrens first to come home to be with her 3 brothers after 3 years of living in the pavilion does the childrens as some kind of saving account trust account etc...I dont like the fact that i know i had to do training in order for her to get discharged no problem mind you i had to catch the cab or bus to be there and every time they for reason always moving her to a different locations to where there's no bus lines at alll none whats so ever.... My baby is really coming home....Love

They sent me wrong supplies, there is always delay. They have sent the medical supplies to a wrong address for two times in a row. Messing up peoples medical supplies is not a joke. They play with my child's life who is fed only through G-Tube.

Horrible. Sent me a nebulizer to my home after doctor wrote script for my son. I was told insurance covers this. You owe nothing. A month later I receive a bill. Now I'm told it was after hours and they do not verify my part. The delivery guy would have never known what I was suppose to pay out of pocket. We'll standing in my home he said I owed nothing. He would have been there collecting a check if I owed anything. Really? Now they cannot help me and there is nothing they can do. Here is an idea,. Have the same protocol in the evening as in the day. If you are serving the public every procedure should be the same. So since my script came in later than the hours they are open I have no option or choice. I'm told I don't owe and then billed. No phone call before hand to discuss any options. What a well organized prepared company this is. (Sarcasm) get your stuff together and treat patients with respect. Learn to talk to the client before hand and don't assume everyone wants to throw money at you with out any notice.

If you are reading this debating on using childrens first for your child s services for nursing or home equipment please DONT!!!!! childrens first is all about the DOLLAR SIGNS if your not making them money you mean nothing to them I have been fighting with this company for months trying to get my childs needs meet and not ONE aspect of her care they have gotten right!! Im in the process of changing companies and its alot of work please save your energy and time and go with another company (big company that can afford to buy you the supplies you need and pay their nurses) IE Maxxim for nursing and Pediatric Health Care or Apria for medical supplies these people only care about there group homes where they make money !!!!!!
