I was referred to Chip by a friend and I'm glad I was. Chip is not only provides great customer service, he also knows what he's talking about! For over a year I had my car stalling from time to time and running rough. I spent just over $600 at my long-time mechanic and the problem wasn't fixed. Chip put in new motor mounts and cleaned out my throttle body and the problems were gone for good. Oh, and he told me I didn't need a new thermostat after I was told I needed one. Bonus!! The price was great and it got fixed in a few hours.

Chip is very helpful, and he really cares about his customers. I am a female who doesn't know very much about automobiles, and it is refreshing to find someone who doesn't try to jerk me around or take advantage of that fact when it comes down to the bill. His prices are fair and reasonable, and he'll explain in detail anything you have questions about. Not to mention that his shop has great service. Once I had taken my car to Suziki Fountain Automall twice for the same problem and they still didn't fix it. They kept saying it was something new. I brought my car to Chip and it was in and out in an hour for something simple that didn't cost much, that Suzuki could have easily done if they had half of a brain! I would definitely recommend taking your car to Culpeppers Automotive.
