Provided by YP.comThis is what church should be. Your spirit is fed, your heart is nurtured and all are made to feel welcome. Great pastors (they are all awesome shepards, teachers and friends). Wonderful studies and groups to interact with. I was invited in february, checked it out, haven't missed a Sunday since. Come and check it out. No kool-aid served here! You ARE gonna love this church!

Provided by YP.comI never liked church and hadn't gone since I was a kid because I didn't think I needed it. A friend kept telling me that I needed to go with him to Christ Church of Orlando. I did and it has been so awesome that it completely change my mind about church. The people are so friendly and the music is really good. Pastor Paul's messages always seem to be relevant to what's going on in my life. How does he do that? I don't know but I'm glad he does. Their slogan is "You're Gonna Love This Church!" and it's true.

- Christ Church of Orlando is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church in the heart of central Florida. Our founding pastor, Paul Valo, began CCO in March of 1997 with 34 people. Within a few weeks we relocated to "The Plaza Theater" on Bumby Avenue, where we worshiped until November of 2002. At that time we purchased the property which is our current location on south Orange Avenue. In 2005 we started our second morning worship service time and continued to grow. In 2007 we purchased a house and lot directly behind the main facility which was demolished in November of 2008 to provide more parking. In April of 2009 we went to our third weekend service time. In October 2009 we purchased another house and lot adjacent to our property. This expansion afforded us more parking as well as an exit to Grant Street. Our desire has been to create an environment that you, your family and friends would love to attend. A place where you would feel loved and welcome. And it's working! Many people who had given up on church have found this to be the kind of place they actually enjoy.
