The Cognitive Performance Group was founded in response to the urgent need for decision-centered training solutions.   In 2006, CPG began operating as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business before merging with Cognitive Training Solutions in 2007 to become the women-owned business it is today.

Employees of CPG have contributed to the cognitive science movement and its significant breakthroughs over the past 25 years.  Today, our interdisciplinary team offers customers the most innovative solutions in designing, developing, and assessing decision mechanics at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
