I came here suffering from my 6th injury within 2 years. Being a very active person I felt very depressed. Welcomed me and encourage me to keep moving. Tear it down, build it up were words that had no meaning to me, until I experienced my beautiful body be riddled with cancer. You taught me 4 words – Breathe. Listen. Let-GO. This practice aided me in freeing my body by tearing down the cancer and building it back up to health. Thank you for that!

This Yoga studio is the perfect balance between a hard work out, an amazing stretch session, and a serious yoga practice. I have developed my practice more with this studio than any other in 20 years of practicing. The new space has taken yoga in Orlando to a whole new level.
