Great experience for my clunky Laptop.

Came to my home on same day I called, spent 45 minutes, and boom I up and running again.

BestBuy wanted me to leave it at store for 4 days. Polite and respectful.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called ,they answered on second ring,rare nowadays.

Listened to my problem, told me what the problem was

Spot on. Told me my options, all for free so far mind you.

I was impressed with their patience and courteous manners.

Had them replace my laptop hard drive, and reinstall Windows XP for me.

Had my laptop back working great in less than two days.

Really happy with service and would recommend in a heart beat.

They helped ease my worries,and finally upgrade from XP to Windows 7.

Now I am so glad I did.

What a pleasant experience with this company. They picked up my computer,



did all the upgrades, and delivered back to us in two days.Even cleaned my Dell,inside and out and spent 30 minutes going over what they did, and how Windows 7 works. Could not have asked for better customer service. Highly recommend.
