Provided by YP.comI would never ever stay there again!!! I just spent the weekend. My air conditioner flooded and the guy at the front desk there was nothing he could do. Now I'm sick ans so is my three yo. I left my makeup bag there and called. Same guy said sorry call tomorrow. He's an idiot. The nicest person there WA the cleaning lady. There are roaches in there. Oh and a lady set her man on fire so half of the hotel is shut down. The maintenance mans old lady was out of all hours looking for crack. It was horrible!! Oh there was a Chinese guy taking pics of the little kids playing. With a huge grin on his face. I got security. His package was hard from watching. I was dusgusted. Made my little girl go a I in the room.

We had NO HOT Water for three days, each time we called they said had to let the water run or they only had one boiler for the building. I get up early to go to work and at 430am still had no water. Finally we were informed of a problem with the boiler. However they did not wish to compensate us for the three days of cold water / showers. Also complained about missing light on balcony, replaced light, did not check to see if it worked, manger tried to give me a blub to change it out, explained needed tools to change it. Light is still out. Stove is another issue, one burner out and stove was disgusting. Have not seen housekeeping in almost two weeks.

I stayed here with my children and we were all bit by bed bugs. They moved us to a new room why they sprayed for bed bugs. Then we went back to the old room and we were still getting bit by bed bugs. Unfortunately a lot of us that stay there are staying there because we are unemployment and they cant rent apartments. The pool was always dirty and had too many chemicals. There was always cops there. Alot of people were on drugs or selling drugs. The rooms were so rundown and dirty.

I think the place was a dump. and we were completly overcharged. our price was 40 dollars more then your sign said. we checked in on new years eve. the front desk lady didnt even tell us what building our room was in so we walked for 30 min trying to find it. when we got there my two year old handed me a blue pill that was laying in the middle of the room on the floor. Then i called to ask for the ice machine and the front desk replied its toward the front of your building and it wasnt it was in the front of the front building. what a nightmare. you are very lucky one of my children were not hurt.

I STAYED HERE FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME ONE. DURING THE TIME SPENT THERE I HAD MY CAR STOLEN, I WAS ROBBED, AND NOT TO MENTION MY KIDS GOT LEAD POISONING FROM THE PAINT PEELING FROM THE BATHROOM WALLS. THERE ARE TON'S OF COCKROACHES, A POOL THAT HAS BLACK MOLD GROWING INSIDE OF IT THAT MADE MANY PEOPLE GET SICK WITH AMMONIA!!!!!! DON'T STAY HERE AND DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE HUGE SIGN YOU SEE AS YOU DRIVE ON I4 SAYING "139 WEEKLY:POOL:FREE WIFI." IT'S DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE. ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN! IT'S A PERFECT PLACE IF YOU LIKE DRUG DEALERS, THIEVES, CONVICTS, PEDOPHILES AND OTHER UNRULY PEOPLE!I'm reporting them to the state attorney's office and better business bureau!!!!!!! Orange county Police already know about the place and say "It's a horrible place! so many crimes happen there you couldn't even begin to imagine!"
