Stayed at Cypress Point from 11/1/14 - 11/8/14. 3 bed/3 bath condo. Rooms very nice and up to date very spacious,but that doesn't make up for what we enocountered. Our fridge broke the last day we were there, sure nobody could predict thay hhappeing but since i were the one on vacation they could of handled it better. The did pay us for all the foos thay went bad but it took them 3 1/2 hrs om mu last day of vacationing to sort it all out it was a complete waste of my time. Also half way thru the week i happened to look at the bed i were sleeping in just under the top sheet was a mass of boogers someone wiped their boogers on there and they were never washed over. No elevators, u have to pay for the wi fi, activities all cost money they evem charge a daily fee for use of the safe like really ive never heard of such a thing. They have this bird in their lobby his name is charlie cute and all but it screetches LOUD this place def wasnt for me we had much more fun at Liki Tiki
