Provided by YP.comI purchased a new blade for my saw using my credit card and Dan gave me the price over the phone which was the total price including shipping. When I got my bank statement, it was about $15.00 more than what he told me. I called there a couple of times and explained everything to Haley the secretary and she just said that there was also tax and shipping. Well, that's not what Dan said earlier on the phone and now he will not return my call. Customer service at this company is poor.
I'm very sorry that there was a miscommunication regarding your pricing. There is always shipping on items not in-stock and we cannot give a total including this charge until it is actually shipped. We can only quote item prices.

Provided by YP.comDan's has been around for over 40 years and I've been going there for 30 of them! They can sharpen anything. Great customer service and helpful suggestions make this place a must if you're a woodworker!
