Rented a limo for our daughters prom earlier this month. Service was great, and timely. However following the service we realized that our bank account had been charged twice for the limo rental. Contacted the owner who assured me that the issue would be corrected. that was almost 2 weeks ago. Since then he will not answer my phone calls. Now having to go through the process of disputing charges through the bank.

When the driver called at 5:40 to say he couldn't make it for our 6:30 reservation, we tried to contact Charlie to which he texted back that he'd call us in 2 minutes and that he would "make it happen". He called back at the time we were getting in to our cars to say no one could make it and as we took a moment to express our displeasure, he hung the phone up without any attempt of making good.
