I wish there was an option of 0 stars. They didn't deserve even 1 star! I have a pair of boots that was tight in the calf. So i have dropped them off for expansion. that was in JANUARY!!!! Today is May 10 and i STILL don't have my boots done. Every time i call there is some sort of excuse and lies. Do not take your shoes there unless you are not planning to wear them for a year.

Also to make things "right" they have fixed my shoes heels for free - needless to say they broke again in just a month.

Please save yourself endless phone calls and follow up trips and take your shoes and clothes somewhere else.

As an out-of-towner with damaged luggage we relied on Al to repair our luggage. At first he said 3 days. that turned into 5 before we left the store. After 7 days I called and he said he couldn't match the color so should he use black instead. Those were the original orders. I was confused. So he said just give him 48 more hours. The thing is he is only open a couple of hours on Saturday but in spite of the OPEN sign he wasn't there. And he is closed Sunday & Monday. When I called he said we had to run some errands. 30 minutes turned into 40 minutes into 45 minutes while on the phone. Truth is it actually took him and hour and 15 minutes to return. As the crowds gathered out front each person had been told a different reason for his delay. Bottom line after 10 days he hadn't even started the repair so we have to return home with broken luggage. I'd stay away unless you are local and don't mind the owner constantly lying to you.
