A very elegant place with delicious food and courteous friendly service. I loved the lobster and the wine perfect temperature.

Made reservation well in advance for Mother's Day Brunch 5/10/2015, 2 adults + 2 kids. Arrived on time. The $50 adult menu had 1 appetizer (called "1st course"), 1 main course (called "2nd course") and 1 desert. Ordering took 15 minutes. Appetizer arrived 30 minutes later. Now read carefully: 80 minutes after arrival we still did not receive the main course. In 80 minutes we saw the waitress 2 times. At the 80 minute mark I had to ask someone to find the waitress. We complained and the first thing that came out of her mouth was: "Do you want to speak with the manager". I said: "No, please bring our food". 20 minutes later (at the 100 minute mark) we sill did not have the main course. We got up,. On the way out we asked to speak with the manager to offer to pay for our appetizer and cancel the rest. The manager arrived, visibly irritated, and offered the following: "You do not have to pay, I am sorry I have disappointed you". I asked "so you just disappointed my family, you forgot about us, or you disappointed and are disappointing everybody else in the restaurant (probably over 100 persons). The manager's irritation increased, and he abruptly left saying: "I repeat, I am sorry I have disappointed you". And he darted out. I have to say that in my vast experience with restaurants all over the world, this was BY FAR the worst restaurant experience I have EVER had. My impression is that: 1) this so called "Expensive Exclusive Restaurant" is mostly a scam, interested mainly in generating a high profit with a lousy menu and lousy service; 2) the "Manager" is completely unsuited for this job, as reflected by his poor attitude and the complete disaster he organized for Mother's Day 2015. If you like overpriced restaurants and lousy service, this is the place to go to. Otherwise, please STAY AWAY, save your money and your nerves, and go to a friendly restaurant, that is dedicated to service and good food. EDDIE V'S, THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD!
