I went here to get blonde highlights done and they totally ruined my hair! Instead of the highlights being blonde, they ended up being pink and orange. On top of that, the manager was the one who did my hair, and to add insult to injury, they charged me $160.00 for something that I did not want and did not come out beautiful at all. I would have been better off leaving my hair the way that it was and regret going to this terrible place with this terrible experience. Furthermore, when I tried to complain to the manager to ask her to fix the problem, she argued with me and hung up the phone on me. If anyone else has the opportunity, go somewhere else! The company is not run well at all, it lacks professionalism and overcharge their clients way WAY too much. Save yourself the turmoil and try another salon....BEWARE.
