I basically bought my car without leaving my house Sydney was awesome he sent me my paperwork via FedEx I added my insurance through my insurance carrier was preapproved had everything ready for me all I had to do was just drive say yes and drive off the lot got a beautiful VW bug convertible I love Sydney hope to do more business with you in the future Love empire auto as well.

First time buying a used car overall had a great experience. They worked with me on my down payment and also my monthly payment. Clearly informed me of all the details of the loan. I would recommend to everybody lookng to get in a vehicle.

This dealership is horrible and they will rip you off. The cars that are sold at this dealership are so overpriced that you're better off buying from a big time dealership. The sales man and manager are very stern and they are very impatient and feel like your not going to be a potential buyer of the car unless you're riding in something that looks nice or whatever . Also the car that I saw at this dealership was sold for less at a hertz dealership and lesser milage also. My suggestion would be to look around the other dealerships around Obt because this one is a money sucker. I go to church frequently and some of their cars are sitting their for mor than 12 months due to the overpriced vehicles.

I purchased a car last year and to say the least I had to put almost 3,000 worth of work from the body to the engine...when I took the car to dealer they uncovered that the car had been in an accident and many, many other issues.

Unprofessional, and money driven individuals is all I can say, my down payment was crazy for what I bought. Very disappointed that dealers like this are allowed to operate in the state.

To add they knew they sold me a royal piece of crap and did nothing, but the power of word of mouth advertisement will be thier downfall!

My boyfriend bought a car from this place and they screwed us over BIG TIME. We left the dealership from purchasing the car and when we got home and tried to leave again the car wouldn't start... We need to have like $800 work of work done on it before it will be in GOOD running condition. But this dealership sells their cars "AS IS" so there is nothing you can do about it. My boyfriend also signed the paperwork the day he purchased the car under the agreement that his down payment would be $800. The next day when he shows up at the bank to sign papers to finalize the financing, we find out that we need a LARGER down payment... and i didn't mention before that we had gotten $3,000 for our trade in.... so $3,800 down and you need more money for a $10,000 truck????



These people are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NEVER purchase a vehichle from them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how horrible they are.
