I rented a full-sized vehicle for a week. I was traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania with a planned stop in Harrisonburg, VA for the night. Fifty miles from the hotel the vehicle notified me that a tire was low , so I stopped and added air. Thirty miles later, it notified me once again the same tire was low, but I continued to my hotel. When I arrived I immediately called Enterprise, and they were very helpful. They sent a AAA tow truck to change the tire, which was temporary. However, they failed to inform me that there would be a $54 charge for this. I could have changed the tire myself for free or better yet, purchased a AAA membership for less and still had 14 months left to use it. I spoke to three people from Enterprise and was never told I would be charged until I returned the vehicle. On top of this, I had to exchange the vehicle for another one because the replacement tire was a temporary one. This required me to back track out of my way 50 miles. NEVER AGAIN!!
