The service tech changed his diagnosis 4 times in less then 3 minutes. Anything I said he agreed that it was broken (n I had my father with me who worked on some mechanics before, we were astounded.- They first were 100% certain it was my alternator I said why then right after he said no its your water pump then I said , what brought u to that assumption ..no answer then he said it was my thermostat. I told him I needed to confirm these diagnosis with a supervisor- it was absolutely scary<<< I hope any customer passes through is EXTREMLY OBSERVATN or RUN AWAY

they charged me $300.00 for a replacement thermostat ( wayyyy over priced )

They told me "GOOD LUCK DRIVING HOME" when they gave me an ultimatum if I could leave the car overnight I decided to retrieve my car .. I STATRED HAVING A REALLY BAD FEELING ..after they told me it wasn't fixed after 4.5 hrs later and $309.00 later as well ( horrible customer service)

I requested to speak with a supervisor he was very cold



I went to my favourite mechanic Browns Auto Repair (Browns auto in Apopka is closed over the weekend which lead me to goodyear but horrible mistake )



- Please keep aware I would hate for anyone to go through what I did

( im a student on a budget looking to help out another ..please save your money and more importantly your time!!
