They have attitudes when you ask them a question they say they have a 24 hour western union but yet couldnt give me western union at 12 at night they just have horrible service all around

Friendly place and friendly people keep up the good work

How hard is it to answer the phone? People do it every day as part of their job even when they are busy.

Tried calling all night for information about times and tickets. No one answers the phone, ever! When we decide to go to the station I ask for the direct line and the little girl behind the counter say that she doesn't have time to answer the phone. And I can respect that, however there is no information on the voice prompts on the phone or website that gives extra info that we were seeking. And then the little girl has attitude on top of making my experience with greyhound even more frustrating. To top it all off I missed my grandma's funeral all because of not having enough info, and not that I didn't try at least 24 hours well ahead of time. I think they can do much better than that.

horrible. never answers phone. they said my cousin didnt have a ticket there. i called portland oregons station. they had everything in the system. those guys that work there shouldnt even work at a mcdonalds and soon to have no job.
