If I could give a zero rating I would. Scott the owner is the most arrogant and unprofessional person you could possibly deal with.

The absolute worst property management company ever. They will rip you off and steal your entire deposit regardless of how clean your property is. They charged us a pet cleaning fee for a 2-year old child; we've never owned a pet.

Didn't want to pick up my key a day earlier and be prorated seventy dollars , because you can't move in unless there office is open? Told them I would wait until the next Monday and to deduct and deduct two day off the rent for the month and they told me that I wasn't adhering to there company policies and now are refusing to honor my lease. What a joke. 2000 a month for two Years and they want my 70 dollars or else? Okay. Warning!

Whatever you do, don't rent from Hampton & Hampton! $500 pet deposit for a dog that doesn't potty in the house or destroy anything. Didn't get a penny back from pet deposit or deposit on the house. Awful to work with, not professional at all. All around awful to deal with.

Do not under any circumstances rent from this place. They will keep your deposit no matter how clean the place is when you move.
