WORST EXPERIENCE EVER:

I bought a Hyunday Elantra (2017) on march 23rd with only 28.000 miles, I had planned to take my family on a trip to Miami the day after...

Vehicle looked fine, engine seemed to be in good conditions. To my surprise after 80 miles the vehicle starts making a loud noise that got louder and louder, to my misfortune I'm in the middle of the road on my way to Miami and had to stopped because the noise was unbearable.

The car breaks down in Port Saint Lucy, I spent 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to get a towing service willing to take me back to Orlando and that way we had to cancel the plans we had in Miami.

When returning the vehicle the next day, they made me wait for hours to just apologize to me and say they are not in fault and that this could happen to anybody since they sell used vehicles.

Rim when I realized what the noise was, it was loose. They put my family in real danger. We could have DIED on that road.

Please, if you appreciate your life and the life of your loved ones, take your business somewhere else.
