I should give less than a "1" rating. He is abrupt, doesn't listen, gets angry if you ask questions, and I truly believe he ruptured a tendon on my elbow on purpose when giving a cortisone shot because I said I read on the internet that cortisone shots can worsen the situation if tendonosis is found rather than tendonitis & the only way to determine the difference is with an MRI. He said I didn't need an MRI, I needed the cortisone shot, got mad & left the room in a hurry. I had to find him to him I would submit to the cortisone shot. When he gave me the shot it felt like he was breaking my arm and then he left instantly without giving me the chance to speak with him. There was a huge bump on the side the size of a golf ball and looked as if it "was" broken. I took pictures. Through further research, I've read the Mayo clinic actually suggests not giving the shot in the tendon due to chances of rupture and damage. Now I can hardly use my arm to push and pull.
