The Worst Customer Serivce - Ever!

If you want to be confused, mislead, want to receive your product 2 months after noted delivery date, if you want to deal with a company who doesn't care for customer service go see Dave Bauer at Impact.



We were mailed 2 rounds of brochures much later than the expected delivery date. The first round was missing all of our artwork inside the brochure. The second round? Our logo was blurry, washed out and yellowed.



Make sure you ask them exactly what types of files they want from you or they'll point the finger in your direction. You may check out a proof and see that its perfect, but you may not get the same results physically. No one at this company checks to make sure that the product is done correctly. They just send it out to you whether it's right or wrong.
