i meant to give Mr Jay and his wife my highest rating. Again, if you need an honest, reasonable and honorable mechanic I can't recommend anybody else

If you need an HONEST experienced and very reasonable local auto mechanic, Mr. Jay is your man. I can remember when you could take your vehicle to your corner garage and you got an honest diagnosis without being sold unnecessary service or parts. This gentleman is a neighborhood mechanic that holds these values. I won't take my vehicle to any other.

I must say, this was not an ordinary garage. As someone who is not very knowledgeable on cars, the employees were really able to break down the problem genuinely came with a price that was reasonable. I can freely call them when i run into a problem, its like having some family members running a garage.

I was introduced to Jay's automotive by a friend and I was impressed by the service rendered by the owner.Top class service, even without appointment.

My car broke down while traveling home to tallahassee and I had to have it towed to a mechanic. I found this mechanic online and had the tow company drop it off overnight. Jay and his wife (who is also the administrative personnel) were extremely personable and professional. I was told be the tow truck driver that I needed a new alternator and instead of just replacing the alternator, Jay decided to do a full inspection of my car and determined that I actually had an oil leak that damaged my alternator belt. His prices are extremely reasonable and he fixed my car and had me back on the road within a few hours. I am forever grateful and happy with the great service provided by Jay's Automotive and will definitely refer everyone I know!

Jay's Automotive provided excellent service on my vehicle. I dropped off my car (without an appointment or prior notice) on a Sunday and it was repaired and ready for me the next day (Monday afternoon)! This is a shop that provides personalized service and keeps you abreast regarding your vehicle status. The owner Jay was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His wife is the receptionist who is very friendly. If you are in the Orlando area (and in need of vehicle repair) go to Jay's Automotive. Excellent service and great prices! Thank you, Jay!
