I have been going to Jeepersden for years now and have always had a great experience with customer service and help when I'm not sure what to do next with my build! Alicia and Ricky have both been great and have always done a great job when I needed them. I think if you have question they are always willing and able to help where and when they can. I will make sure they are always my first place to go and call for parts and accessories for my truck!!

These guys rock. From the initial call to the install everything is perfectly smooth. Will use again and again and recommend to all of my friends. Thank you Jeepers Den!

I was looking for something but didn't know what I needed to have in order to purchase it. Everyone I talked to was very patient & pleasant in helping me get what I needed in order to get the right accessory.

Wish i could give zero stars. Unprofessional and overpriced. Go some place else!

I bought tires and rims from them twice. The first time was OK. The second time the lugs stripped off when being removed for some body work on my son's truck. I called them and they found excuses not to stand behind their work. It has cost me another $90 to get the lug shafts replaced. I also have to now buy all new lugs because they used the wrong size and cheap Chinese lugs. After too much run around and blame placed on my mechanic I told them to forget their supposed guarantee and I will just place this in my lesson learned category. They were happy to see me give up so they could blame it on me. They also put a huge dent in the truck's tailgate when they threw the old wheels and tires in the bed. I had spent around $3000 with them and they could care less. I told them the truck belonged to my son who is serving with the USMC in Afghanistan. I guess ripping off the military is OK with them. I will never go back and would never recommend this place.

Have been there several times and never had a reason to complain. Always leave with a good feeling about service, quality and price. Extremely helpful, always seem interested in what I'm doing with my Jeep and offer suggestions. This place is more than an hour drive for me and I keep finding excuses to go back. The first review was probably a competitor trying to get a "wheel up" on the competition.

I pass the stopr on a daliy basis for the last 4 years. I had no reason to to go in until my brother bought a Jeep. I bought some parts for my brothers Jeep and shiped them to Israel. I was shoked when I went there and told people in his jeep club about the store they knew of it and bought items there as well. Great service and prices. Going to get new tires and rims in the next few months. Highly recommended.

I have purchased many items from JeepersDen and have been happy with their pricing as well as their customer service. They make me feel like I am special customer and do not treat me like a number that is up next, I am phoned when parts are in so that I may pick them up and I am also called if they get something in stock that I was talking to them about for my truck it is great that they remember things like thatThanks a Bunch

JeepersDen has great prices, and service! They had great advise and actually stopped me from buying a part I didn't need! I don't know what that first guy is talking about, they have always been nothing but professional, helpful, as well as having the best prices i have been able to find anywhere.

jeepers den has always been very helpful, even though we don't own a jeep. The prices are very reasonable too.

They were unprofessional, ripped me off and gave me bad advice on my Jeep.
