My appointment was ignored and they even didn't call me for apology. This company has no sense of customer service. I feel very disappointed.

i have used JEFF"S KBB several times now.. fast, reliable, honest, fair price. If you are in oviedo area, just call jeff !!

Excellent experience! I told them I had a leaky hot water heater and they came ready with a replacement. I called at 10 am and the work was completed by 4pm the same day. They were nice to deal with, and fixing my plumbing problem was as hassle-free as it could be.

I called them on the 2 of August to see if they could come to my home to find a leak outside my house that was generating over 20000 gal of water in a day. I found out about th leak from my water company but there was no isobar signs of leakage anywhere. When Jeffs kitchens baths and more came out on the 3 of August they were unable to find it which was baffling to them due to the size of the leak. They said there should have been a huge wet area and should have stepped knee deep into it. So they recommended a company that specializes in finding leaks to come out and find it and then they would come back out and fix it. They didn't charge me to come out to see what the problem was either like a lot of other companies I looked into did. Once the Leak Dr came out and found my leak, I called Jeff back and he said that he couldn't have anybody out there until Monday due to the size of the job and it was Friday that I called him back. He said that he would have a crew out there first thing in the morning and I was fine with this because I could stay with my parents over the weekend. Monday morning he had a crew out there and took care of my leak and he was even able to keep the total price of the job within the estimate he gave me. They did a great job in a timely manner too.

I came home from shopping and found him here with my husband. He did the job professionally and quickly, stated the price and wrote me a receipt. I came home with a ton of groceries and as my husband and I are both old and in not good shape, he carried all of the groceries in for me!

The city water meter person came to my house to let me know that a significant amount of water had passed through the meter since the last reading. I do not have a pool, and it's only my son and I in the house. After he alerted me to a potential leak, I signed onto Angie's list and looked for a reputable local plumber. I found Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond. Jeff came out on 10/21/11. They arrived and determined that the leak was on the pipe coming into my house. Jeff felt like the leak was pretty close to an outside wall. He felt that the leak might have been just under the slab, so he began looking. His apprentice, Byran, continued to look for the leak outside. At first the leak location could not be determined, so Jeff called another company who specifically does leak detection. Jeff and Bryan found the leak in the copper pipe at a 90 degree bend where the pipe ran under the slab. They called and cancelled the appointment with the leak detection company, and were able to repair the pipe with Pex pipe. They installed the new pipe and tested it before departing.

Jeff came out looked at the house, asked questions and gave me a quote and a schedule. We hired him and on the appointed day came to the house with a crew full of experienced plumbers. The whole job took one day to do all of the work except the wall patching. That came the next day and then we were ready to paint. Jeff did exactly what he said he would do, in the time frame that he quoted and for the agreed price. Great company to work with.

Went well, Jeff & Bobby did a good job, very courteous, professional and considerate. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Jeff Wines was efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. We were happy with his work and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I think it was mostly a comedy of errors and miscommunication. I think we were both unclear or uninformed about everything from arrival time to the fact that I was an Angie's customer.However, once everything was straightened out, it all went very well. Owner ans Master Plumber, Jeff Wines could not have been more helpful and professional at all levels. He was kind, courteous, patient, and helpful. He made it all good. His staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and the final result was a very positive experince. I will call him for any future plumbing needs and know he will respond with promptness and care.

Jeff returned to repair the sink drain stopper that had come apart. I called Jeff and told him the problem. He came out the next day and repaired the drain stopper.

Snaked one shower, reseated one toilet, rebuilt insides of two toilets, checked kitchen sink drainage.

Jeff's team was on time, and performed exceptionally. I couldn't have asked for better service. Excellent and great price.

Even though it turned out to not be a plumbing problem, but one with the air conditioner, their service tech helped me to fix the problem. I appreciate the help.

Our water heater stopped working and I called Jeff for a service call on a Saturday. He responded in under 10 minutes and was able to help us out over the phone. He walked our son through resetting the unit and explained what might have caused the problem. At some point in the near future we will need to have the unit repaired but it was a relief to get our hot water back.

Jeff started job on the day promised. The work he did was great and efficent.This was a pretty big job and he made it look easy. Finished job early and solved any problems that arose for me. I would have no problem using him again or recommending him to anyone I know.Pleasure to deal with.

I called Jeff to come out assess a slow wall leak. The leak is in an outside wall with concrete block/stucco on one side and my tiled shower on the other. It could be in the wall or slab. He sent Bobby who spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting, poking around behind the wall plate in my shower and checking the water meter. Since he couldn't pinpoint the source of the leak he advised me to call Leak Doctor and didn't charge me anything for the visit. I appreciate that they didn't want to just start tearing up my shower without finding the leak first. I would definitely use them again.

Had two horrifically clogged toilets. Stuff coming up in the shower and tub; stuff not going down the toilet! Impatient person in household ripped apart the innards of one of the toilets figuring that would stop it from overflowing (not).

Called at noon, came home at 4pm and repairs were almost done! Now tub fills only with clean water, shower drains, both toilets dump into the sewer. They also rearranged the innards so that toilet now functions! I'm extremely happy!!!! Company certainly does not drag its feet . I'm so happy to have found someone for all my plumbing needs! Thanks, guys!!

We remodeled our kitchen and needed to have the sink drains connected, disposal installed and new dishwasher and faucet connected as well. If you need plumbing work done then Jeff's the guy to call.
