Provided by YP.comI have been searching for good barber ever since my barber retired a few years ago. My wife had suggested going to her "beauty salon". After a few months of having to wait for my "stylist"(who was usually coloring someone's hair, etc) for 20 minutes each visit, and spending $30 + tip for a guy's haircut, I decided it wasn't for me.
I tried a few local barber shops and found that nobody knew how to interpret "1/4" shorter or "a light trim...very little off". I would always came home with a much shorter, uneven haircut that made me look like a baby bird.
I've driven by Joes a number of times through the years and decided to stop in for a cut.
Judy was my barber. I told her that I needed 1/8" off and to leave it touching my ears. She did exactly that and it looked great.
My Dad always told me that a good haircut is one that doesn't look like you just had one.
I've finally found my barbershop.

Provided by YP.comI first came to Joe's when my brother took me to get a hair cut around the age of 12, just after I moved here from Ocala, FL. You can never forget this place, with its old tools on the wall. One of the best things, (besides their awesome barbers) is their clippers that they use. They've got this vacuum attached clipper that really helps with the little hairs that get on your neck after the cut, also the warm shaving cream they put on just before the straight razor trim, and of course, not to forget about the air hose they use. I've been coming to see Ross and Ms. Ruth for almost 20 years now. I have been to other other barbers and hair stylists, but there is nothing better then getting a haircut by these guys at Joe's BS...

Provided by YPmobileTruly a man's barbershop. Great haircuts, shave, beard and mustache trim. While all that is going on just gaze longingly at all the old carpentry tools on display.

Provided by YP.comJudy was recommended by a close friend as exemplary barber when I moved to Florida. When I arrived her greeting was polite and welcoming. She asked how I heard about the barber shop and the style I wanted. When I told her I would like the same cut she gives my friend, she referred to a card file and then described the cut. My visit was quick, the haircut precise and well worth the $$. Impressive !

Provided by YP.comRamona has been cutting my hair for years. I follow her wherever she works. My first haircut with Ramona was unlike any other experience I have ever had. She asked the one question that no other barber has ever bothered to ask me. "What don't you like about your hair and what would you like to change?" She helped me realize that I have been wearing my hair the same way since my mom first started combing it. No on has ever offered me a change. She was able to help me understand my hair and how it grows, which helped me pick a style that was carefree and needs little attention. If you want the same old same old, don't come here. If you would care to explore possibilities then see Ramona.

Provided by YPmobileI have known Ramona for many years and she is the best. She has equal experience as a hair stylist and a barber. I am very picky and I love the way she cuts my hair. She takes her time and you can tell takes pride in her work, doesnt rush you through like some people. My boyfriend has been going to her for years and swears no one can do a fade like her. Definitely come see her for a great haircut and great conversation.
