Provided by YP.comI have been debating on writing this review for months. I have used used this facility for years and the more I have dealt with them the more I am worried to bring my dog back. When we began at this facility we were assigned a doctor that was supposed to see our dog every time. We never saw that vet again nor have we ever seen the same vet twice. Lets not forget that they are 2-3 times the price of other nearby vets. We have used their boarding facilities as well. At first they would show you the run and let you bring toys for your pets stay. Now there are no toys allowed and you aren't allowed to accompany your pet to see where they will be staying. Not to mention that my dog has gotten sick immediately after a stay with them or injured while at the stay nearly every time. I'm sure the people here mean well but when it comes to peoples pets if you cant do it right you shouldn't do it at all

Provided by YP.comI have been a client with East Orlando Animal Hospital for almost 7 years and I cannot praise them enough! They have an exceptional staff that is always professional and courteous. On occasion my pet has needed to see a veterinarian in an emergency situation on the weekend and they always manage to squeeze us in. My pets are my children and they understand that! I recommend East Orlando Animal Hospital to all my friends that own pets and plan on being a client for a very long time!

Provided by YP.comEast Orlando Animal Hospital started caring for our Dalmatians 30 years ago. Over the years they have given us the best treatment we could have ever wanted. The practice maintains high standards of care and the latest in veterinarian medicine as well as friendliness and compassion. As long as we have pets we will continue to entrust the staff of East Orlando Animal Hospital with helping to maintain their health and well-being. Thank you, John, Linda, Maggie and Echo.

Provided by YPmobileI have lived all across the country and have had many vets care for my little girl. Nationwide this is the best animal care team around! Very knowledgable (every one of them) and very compassionate! I even found out today that they work with over 10 local rescues - getting the healthy and giving them a place to stay until a foster can be established! This team is a huge group of angels! Love them! Thank you EOAH for everything you do for my pup and the community!

Provided by YP.comI had taken my 7 month old kitten there to get checked out, they charged 47 dollars just to look at her, then another 60 dollars for one test then 26 dollars for some dewormer plus all kinds of different taxes. My bill came up to about 137. The next morning my baby kitten died, right in my arms and they would do nothing. The dewormer that I never even got a chance to use, they wouldn't even let me get a refund. It seems like they didn't even care. I literally could not afford that, I can't even afford food or Christmas presents now. I'm literally broke for two weeks and thanks to them my kitten that was like a daughter to me is dead and gone and I am broke and can't afford Christmas gifts for my family :'(
We are so sorry for this families loss. Loosing a kitten and not knowing why can be extremely difficult. Our heart goes out to them. Our hospital performed an examination and the services allowed by the family in hopes to help this kitten it was unfortunate that we could not. As for returning the medications, it is against FDA regulations to take back medications.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to East Orlando Animal Hospital for over 20 years. They saved my previous dog from a rattlesnake bite and are taking good care of our present dogs. There are several vets that work there, and over the years different doctors have come and gone. They have up to date equipment and the 3 doctors I have used are well trained in western medical techniques. But we do suppliment with a holistic approach as well. I feel that you need to use your own judgement in who you finally decide to go to, try a few vets then pick the one that fits your needs and philosophy.

Provided by YP.comI am not one to usually post anything but I wanted everyone who was looking at this Vet as a possible place for their pets to know how much they mean to my family. I have two dogs and have been going here for all their veterinary care and grooming needs for 3 years now. They have always treated us and our dogs very well. They always do the best they can for our dogs while making it as affordable as possible. They may suggest treatments that are pricey if they think they are needed but completely understand if you can't do it all and always offer the best alternatives. My dogs about a year and a half ago ate some potpourri while my husband and I were at work and got very very ill. They did all they good to make them better and they did. All the employees still remember my dogs since they all worried and cared for them during that time. Their grooming services are fantastic as well and extremely affordable. I don't know what else to say except I will not take my dogs anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comThis office treated my pets and my family very badly with no regard for their care. They are rip off artists with over exorbitant prices for substandard care not to mention that they give a “bandage on a bullet wound” approach to care at a costly rate and then tell you to come back to pay for even more costly revisits and extended tests which are unnecessary and harmful to the animals just to help fill their pockets, while all the while, having no regard for the helpless animals in their care or the owners they take advantage of. My new vet was able to treat my dogs for less than East Orlando animal hospital who charged $256.60 plus $600 of recommended extended care and tests, that our dogs would have NEVER gotten better from and then wanted another $200 for flea and tick preventative for a total of over $1,000 to help fix a digestive problem that got worse with their misdiagnosis and almost caused my dogs to DIE from a bad reaction and incorrect prescription!! To hear my vet say that none of that prescribed thousand dollar quote of treatment that this hospital reccommended would have worked and to have my dogs get better with our new vet for a $150.00 bill is unbelievable to me!!!!!! This hospital is a rip off!!! They do not care for you, your pet, or your business!!!! Do not be fooled into trusting them with your closest little furry family members because they are callused, crude, rip off artists who only care about dollar signs and getting as much out of you as they can without really helping your pets. My dogs almost died as a result of their uneducated, unprofessional, heartless, ignorant staff of vets and office staff. They misdiagnosed both my dogs after charging ridiculous fees including an emergency room fee when there was no one waiting in the hospital to see the vet. Now I know exactly why this office was so empty to start with. PROTECT YOUR PET AND YOURSELVES AND DO NOT USE THIS HOSPITAL FOR YOUR PET'S CARE!!!!!!
This review disturbs me because it is untrue. We care very much for every pet that walks in our doors, which is evident when you visit our office. Our doctors are highly educated and definately not heartless. Please do not allow this person's emotional rampage to defer you from visiting our office. We have been in business for almost 30 years. We could have never made it that long if we did not care about animals or if our staff was "ignorant". While I cannot comment on specifics of her case, all I can say is that we did the best we could that day to please her, and things didn't work out the way she wanted them to.
