I am not satisfied at all with this barber shop, barbers are nice and they try to do their best but management is a complete disaster, costumer service is just bad. I called to suspend my membership because of that and other reasons and they don't even ask why, here are some other reasons:



Every single appointment that I went there was rush so they did not have time to wash my hair do my ears or nose, services that I have paid for on my full package. Once the manager just told to the barber you have to hurry up, not nice at all!



I payed for the MOST expensive package and I never got the shave cream, massage, cologne, I just got rush.



This barber shop is just a cheap barber on a nice neighborhood.



Is disappointing when you paid for something and you get the exactly opposite.



I will never recommend this place to anyone!
