Provided by YP.comThis is the worst company I've ever use...they told me that I will rec all my furniture in 2 weeks, instead I rec it in 5 weeks. I was told that everything will be unpacked, instead the guy just lefted everything in the middle of my living in the boxes and charged me $130 more because it was a 3rd floor and told me not to say nothing because he then had to give the company halve of the 130. When I open the boxes I was missing parts from my bed, my tables were all broken. I been trying to call the company but haven't rec a responce back after leaving voice male...the worst company ever!!!!!

Provided by YP.comIt has been 7 months since I used this company to move my apt from New York City to Orlando. I have made over 100 calls to the office in Orlando asking for the General Manager, PATRICIA PACHECO, and to this date, she hasn't had the DECENCY of returning my call. I spent $2,300 dollars moving my stuff and all was destroyed. All of my furniture, that they packed themselves, destroyed. WHAT WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU TO RETURN MY CALL MS. PACHECO?? A LAW SUIT? CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO CONTACT ME AND SETTLE THIS AS I WILL NOT GO AWAY. YOU RUINED MY BRAND NEW SOFA, FINE PAINTING... TO NAME A FEW. I WANT MY $1000 WORTH OF INSURANCE I PURCHASED.
BELOW MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: THE PICTURES WILL FOLLOW
I used La Rosa del Monte for my move from New York to Orlando, FL. It cost me $1800 to move a studio apartment including $1000 of insurance. PLUS HEADACHES AND ARGUMENTS with the Staff. 4 boxes with all kitchen items: plates, cups, a whole set of wine glasses, vases, even a blender! completely broken! and the boxes packed by them, two lamps completely broken, my white brand new sofa scratch and ripped (despite of telling them a million times to be careful!); my dining table chipped, an expensive painting, broken. and after unpacking I noticed I am missing at least one box, with all my bed linens... It has taken 3 months with no resolution. Genaro from the NEW York office a gentleman, he tried to help and ensure I receive the best service. forward all information to the Orlando office and to this date I DONT KNOW WHO THE MANAGER IS BECAUSE he is not facing me. Instead, only the employees with no authority to make decisions are the ones assisting. To make matters worst, they send me a "CLAIM RELEASE" for a total of $40.!!!! THIS IS AN INSULT!!!! I paid insurance for $1,000 and they are offering me $40.!!! this is a disgrace!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FROM THAT COMPANY. SOMEONE THAT IS ABLE TO MAKE DECISIONS. THE LEAST I EXPECT IS RESPECT. EVEN THOUGH TIME HAS PASSED, I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO..... I held back from posting anything negative for all these months waiting for a resolution but nothing has happened. I called just now and all i receive is an attitude as if I owe them anything. YOU OWE ME $1,000. AND I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT.
I only had great things to say about your company. I have even recommended my family to use your services. and the day I do it, this happens. I
However, I need to say that the customer service staff in New York is very good, unfortunately in Orlando, not so good.

Provided by YP.comIt has been a year since I moved from Puerto Rico to Orlando,
Customer Service is HORRIBLE and Claims even worse. they damaged item that where insured and what they offer if offensive and a joke. Thing twice before calling them. If you do its at your own risk.

Provided by YP.comNever again.....I regret the moment I decided to use Rosa del Monte for our move. Our move was from CT to Orlando. The representative in CT told us the delivery would take from 14 to 21 days. They picked up our belongings on 8/5/15, as of today we still don't have our belongings. The company kept giving us the run around saying that the "train station had not released the container. We were told the same thing by the representatives in Orlando - not forget the promise they made us of the 14 to 21 days delivery. They make promises but once they have your money and belongings the story changes. Think twice before using them.

Provided by YP.comThe estimator for my move was prompt and responsive. The packers were nice and appeared to be very good at their job. However, they were told to call me an hour before arriving at my house, but they didn't do so, so they had to come back. When the schedule is "some time on Wednesday" it is reasonable to have a call during the day with more precise timing. Then they left one box behind and no one came back to pick it up. Every time I called the office in Puerto Rico, I got a different person, and every one told me a different story. They should assign a contact and a back up.
It has now been 10 weeks. Every time I call, I get, "We'll have a schedule on Tuesday." I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. It appears this company doesn't have enough drivers and won't contract more. Although I was basically happy with the packing and loading process, the delivery and contact/communications from La Rosa del Monte is terrible. The bottom line for a moving company is that things arrive and arrive in good condition, they haven't. I'll update on condition later.
Don't believe what they say when it comes to scheduling. Let's see if my stuff arrives what shape it is in. I recommend Compass International instead.
