Don't park your car here! Ever! They will tow it away as soon as your ticket is expired. What kind of business is this??????? Is this anyway to treat your customers?
Imagine you had a kid with you and he had to go to the restroom (there was no way you could control the time). You came out a few minutes late and find your car gone.
It took half an hour for the police to show up and another hour to find out what happened to your car (in the meantime you are waiting in the parking lot). You then had to walk to the bus station and take the bus home. Your whole day was ruined. You had to ask a friend to drive you there to pick up your car and pay them $135.
This is anyway to treat a customer who was a few minutes late?
I called Maggie Japinoski at 407-346-1316 to find out why this happened and she said: "You are eligible to be towed away the minute your ticket is expired"
Why can't they simply give you a ticket or increase their price? I guess towing your car away makes more profit and who gives a "finger" about your troubles.
Who wants to go thru all that for a parking space. Never again will you see my car at a "Lanier Parking" this lifetime, or the next!
