The ladies in the office were amazing! Jason came out and called me. Let me know that he was on his way. He actually arrived before he was supposed to. He walked me through everything he was doing! This company has amazing customer service and just amazing service all together. Jason is a valued employee and they are very lucky to have him. But the whole company is amazing!

We had our septic system serviced by Lapins. From person who answer the phone to the technician that came out, everyone was super friendly and professional. They informed me a lot about my system and how to best take care of it moving forward. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I had another company yesterday come tell me that A) I need the system pumped B) I have drain field issues due to high water levels C) the drain field would cost around 5k to fix/replace if need be so. I was not a happy camper last night.



Lapin was recommended to me by a close friend, and Chris came out same day and found that my filter was clogged (not even checked by company A). That was my one and only problem. As soon as he pulled the filter, the water levels went back to normal, and he charged me the bare minimum. I don't even need a pump out for another 2-3 years. Talk about honesty. Thank you for being a stand up company, saved me at least 300 bucks all the way up to 5,000. Thank you Chris.

Called and spoke with Randy this morning told him our situation, he had a truck at our house with in an hour and a half. Great customer service is hard to find these days. I will be spreading a good word to all of my friends! Thank you again

I would hilghly recomend Lapin as their prices are reasonable and that they are honest. No bother to look for another company.
