I hired Stuart Hyman to represent me on a DUI case in 2013 and again for a related drivers license issue in 2016-17. Every time I needed him to come through for me in a pinch, Mr. Hyman was there in full force with guns blazing in his professionally restrained and respectful manner. When I needed bail after a second arrest, he was there. When I needed financial relief from the burden of an alcohol-detecting ankle device, he got the judge to rescind her order within hours. When I needed a provisional drivers license, he drove out of his way to Winter Springs. And most of all, when I needed to get my cases resolved, a ridiculous felony charge dismissed, and to get my worthless butt out of jail and back to my sick wife, Mr. Hyman dropped everything else he was doing right after spending multiple days including over a weekend to get depositions supporting a case of his that was in the national spotlight -- he dropped everything to come to Sanford to take care of everything I needed to move on with my life. I could go on. My point is that Mr. Hyman came through for me time after time and exceeded my expectations in doing so. He is professional, he is indefatigable, and he will go far above and beyond to serve his clients.
