I Drove by to do my nails on a Friday, they helped me right away. Right before they painted my nails they asked me to pay. To my surprise it was $18 wow, too expensive for the service I received. So I gave them my Bank Card they ran it about 6 times & they said that my card was bad & they asked for a 2nd card. I gave them my Visa it goes through with no problem. I found this a little strange so I check my on-line statement the next day & surely enough they charged my Bank Card 2 times in addition to the credit card that went through a total of $54 for a mani. I go back to Royal Nails & Spa the next day, ask for the manager I explained to him what happened I show him my bank statement & the credit card receipt which I signed for and asked for a refund to my bank card as they had charged me 2 additional times. The manager called me a liar in front of all the customers he completely humiliated me & he refused to refund my Bank Card. I was so embarrassed & I had to wait until Monday to go to my Bank so I can dispute the charges to my Bank Card. Once my bank got involved they had no problem refunding my Bank Card back. My advised to anyone who goes to this facility pay with CASH or with a Credit Card DO NOT USE your Bank Card!!! I will NEVER go back to Royal Nail & Spa & would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
