Enclosed please find a wee bit of history, a 1997 IMPACT Encore version 1.0 CD. I believe that this is the install disc for our initial software in November of 1997 and one of the first systems Lonehill sold. I thought you might like to have it. Boy, seeing that disc certainly brought back memories. We were so nervous converting from our archaic, but beloved, IBM System 36 to such new innovative software. I was so nervous about it that I hired a sitter to be with my children every night after work the week we were going live figuring I would be here hours on end fixing bugs and getting the system up and running smoothly. Well, as you may recall I did not need the sitter for even one hour during that week. The system ran perfectly, absolutely no glitches. Shut the system off a little after 5:00 PM and walked out of the door, amazing! The smooth transition was due to the diligence and expertise of the staff at Lonehill who went over every module in detail to convert and capture data meticulously. They though of everything!

13 years later, we are up to version 6.0 and still count on the expertise of the Lonehill staff to guide us. The knowledge of your staff and their patience with ours has never waned. You didn’t just sell us software you helped us to grow our business by providing years of technical support and hand holding.

Thank you to everyone at Lonehill and best wishes for continued success.

We purchased and implemented the Impact Encore Business Software around a year ago, and since then we have been able to work more efficiently than ever. Everyone at Lonehill was more than helpful and I would say that the implementation plan was efficient, effective, and professionally done.

We are using all the modules throughout the system and for your knowledge, I have implemented other business systems like Simix, JD Edwards, MAS90, BPI, and others, however, by far I have never implemented a better software system. I am also impressed by the way your staff has supported us, it’s like calling your friends when a problem arises.

I really appreciate the patience you and your staff have had with us and thanks for introducing to such a great software system.

It involves Accounting, Inventory Control, MRP, Sales, and many other aspects of a business. With so many areas to cover questions arise from time to time- "How does Syspro handle this"? OR "Why is this happening"? A phone call to the support staff at Lonehill results in answers, explanations and an advanced understanding of what is happening and why. Problems with such a complex application are expected from time to time, Lonehill staff responds very well when this happens. When needed they will contact the Syspro support staff to get answers and fixes to a problem. My experience with Syspro has been as a user for over 4 years. Over these years we have expanded our usage of Syspro to include General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Sales Tax Collection, ECC Controls, and Factory Documentation. Without Lonehill's support installing these would not have been possible.
