The shop guy troy really helped me out. My car dashboard lights came on and my car started to drive rough. I called the massey Cadillac dealership and they got me in even though it was last minute and the shop was about to close. I was in a crisis and I had the best service I've ever had. I was even given a rental because my car ended up needing a alternator. I was so pleased with how quickly my car was fixed, the shop kept in touch with me about pricing and my warranty. Everything was just PERFECT. Troy Wright at the orlando location on OBT was the person who helped me and I'm beyond thankful.GREAT SERVICE! I will no longer take my car to GMC for services. Massey Cadillac will service all my needs.

I most boast about the beyond excellent customer service I received at Massey Cadillac from Melinda Edwards. I called 6, yes 6, Cadillac dealerships looking for deal. No one beat the price (not even close) Massey gave me on my new 2016 Cadillac ATS. I even was told from an Audi dealer to go to Cadillac, that I had a solid steal deal. Poor salesmanship, but hey I was certainly told the truth. Melinda returned all my phone calles in a timely manner and made what I was looking for, happen. No hesitation and great follow ups. I was so impressed. Now, because of her I am driving a beautiful Cadillac Ats. Thank you Melinda Edwards and Massey Cadillac North.

Massey Cadillac has always provided me with Awesome service to say the least.

In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company that stands behind they're work and still believes in customer service before and after the sale.

Massey Cadillac surely knows that the customer is still a important part of they're success now and in the future and has always been there to help me with my automotive needs and for that I have been a customer for the past 20 years and will continue to be for many more years.

Thanks to the General Manager Bill Hull and the Service Manager Billy Waddle along with they're entire staff for making one of the most expensive purchases that we as individuals make in our life a more enjoyable experience before,during and after the sale.

I brought my 2012 Buick Enclave in on Friday, August 1st for an oil change. Heather Olsen was my service advisor. I arrived on time for my 8am appointment and all was well until Heather pointed out a nail hanging out of my tire. Heather explained this was not good, it was too close to the tire wall. I thought that was strange and it looked like the nail could just pop right out because it was still hanging out of the tire. I immediately took a picture of the tire and she said she would have service look at it and she would call me back with a quote. Heather called me back shortly thereafter and as I expected her to say, she said I need a new tire. I asked her to just patch the tire and I would take it somewhere else because $225 was more then I wanted to pay. She said due to company policy, they could not patch my tire, they either leave the nail in it or put a new tire on. I told her that I was going out of town right after work and to go ahead and put a new tire on. In the meantime, I showed my Fleet and Safety Manager from work the picture and they said that was ridiculous about the tire not being able to be patched. Frustrated about the now $291 I just spent for a $40 oil change, I picked up the car and continued on home. When I got home I noticed that my car did not have the complimentary car wash they promote and it was just as dirty as when I dropped it off that morning. At this point, I decided to wait until Monday morning to make any phone calls. I called first thing Monday and I told the service admin my story and she told me she would have Billy Waddell the service Manager to call me back. That Tuesday, he still did not call me back, so I called him. I spoke to Billy and voiced my frustration about the tire. Clearly, the nail was picked up in their parking lot and why could they not just patch it. I felt taken advantage of because I am female and to top things off, by another female. Anyway, Billy said he was going to talk to Heather, the tech that saw my car and would call me back. 3 hours later and no phone call, so I called and Billy said my tire was in bad shape and I could come look at it. I said I could not that Tuesday, but I would be there on Wednesday. He did apologize for my car not being washed and said they were just busy that day, but he would give my car a full detail inside and out.... Wednesday afternoon around 2pm, I went up with my Safety Manager and we looked at the tire. While in Billy's office looking at the tire, Heather proceeded to sit in a chair and glare at us, while Billy was extremely rude. I mentioned my car not being washed again and was completed ignored. Now as far as the tire, the nail had obviously been tampered with, but was still hanging out of the tire. The nail had also not broken through and could have been patched. Billy looked up the guidelines and sure enough the tire was not too close to the wall; however he stated that due to company policy it was too close to the wall. When we asked where did it state that it was company policy, he could not produce the proof. He said it was an email and he would email me the proof when he got it. We left on Wednesday and all day Thursday-nothing. No phone call or follow up from Billy. So, I called and left him a voicemail on Friday, August 8th and still no reply. I bought my car from Massey two years ago and I have had it serviced there; however I will never return. Terrible service and NO follow up.
