Unfortunately I have had plenty of experience with criminal attorneys. Hired quite a few for my family members. I now know, there's a huge difference between a quality attorney and a lazy attorney that will simply take your retainer and push a plea. I digress.

While there are no guarantees, I gave Lyle one directive. He not only met that directive, he exceeded my expectation. I personally witnessed judges overturn other judges decisions, hard fought battles with unreasonable prosecutors and even third party court officials that had no business arguing for the prosecution.
