i took my car in because it was making a noise when i turned the steering wheel, they told me that both upper and lower ball joints were bad and wanted 700.00 per side when i told the guy i wanted to get a second opponion he became very annoyed and walked away with out even closing my hood. i took the car to the dodge dealer and the only thing wrong with my car was the control arm it cost me 300.00 so in all i paid 300.00 for something these guys wanted me to pay 1400.00 for. honestly who has 1400.00 just laying around anymore. i wouldnt even give these people 1 star but i couldnt post without putting one on here
