Provided by YP.comWas promised floor matts for my Mercedes Benz C250 Coupe and never got them. 3 weeks later and still getting the run-around from the sales guys andd got hung up on several times by sales manager frank. Don't believe anything the sales guys say here. Several of the cars don't come with floor matts for some reason and they wouldn't just give me floor matts from an identical mercedes c250 or c250 sedan that was in the lot. Other dealerships offer the 3day period to change your mind if you don't like the car. I didn't like the car and they wouldn't let me switch it out. H Gregg auto has better deals and better service! I will update my review when I get my promised floor mats!!!!
Update: got my floor mats after 40 days. a couple days after my mercedes floor mats from ebay arrived that I can't return. thanks!

Provided by YPmobileI strongly suggest you have a mechanic check it out before you purchase anything from them. Bought a murano in September had to replace the transmission in Nov. They told me it was my fault. Getting ready to another vehicle and I promise you it won't be from them.
Dear Gwen, I am very disappointed you feel this way. I have personally investigated this and found that not only were you (car was sold to Gary)offered a bumper to bumper warranty over ten times and declined, but also you were offered wholesale pricing for any repairs needed on the vehicle at the Nissan Dealer in TN. As an out of state client there is only so much we can do. If you were in Florida, our quality control team would have assisted you using all of our resources here. I am proud of hand picking each vehicle on my lot making sure each car is reliable and in "like new" condition but there is only so much I am in control of. My sales team and management tried to help you but being angry and cursing at them is not something I accept. We have been known for 20 years as an immaculate dealership with reliable cars and most of all, great customer satisfaction. Just take a look at our A plus BBB rating. We strive for perfection and have over a 99% satisfaction factor. I am sorry you went through this but looking for a zero star rating is a bit harsh. Provided by YP.comI live in Tampa but drove almost two hours to go to Michaels Autos just to get my unique CLS 55 AMG. This car has been my dream car and now I finally have it. It's the classiest car I have ever seen and the way it drives is amazing. Oskan, the Finance Manager got me a really good rate and the Sales Mangager Armando showed me every option in the car. It has all the bells and whistles, its super clean, and the miles are low. This car is really in "like new" condition. It has that brand new car smell without the overrated brand new price$. I really like these guys at Michaels Autos and would refer anyone who asked me for a good dealer to go there.
