Rented in Orlando and went straight to the emerald Isle. Chose the car and could not be more pleased with the efficiant service both leaving and returning.

Flawless as usual....easy in...easy out...drove a Jeep Renegade just for fun....great little SUV...always am happy with National at Orlando

At Akron Pro Detail we always rent from National Car Rental when we are in Vegas at SEMA and in Orlando at Mobile Tech Expo. Being an Emerald Club member makes the rental car experience very simple and easy! Just get in the car of your choice and go! They offer a great service at a great price!

Always have a good rental experiences with National compared to others. Ease of pick up on the Emerald aisle is unmatched. However, we had an issue on this last rental. We rented a smoke free car, but this rental, "smoke-free'', reeked of cigarette smoke Very irritating, missing the fifth star. Other than that the rental was good.

Great rental experience. Friendly, courteous staff, good selection. I have privilege to the Emerald Isle and the process was so simple and efficient where i just go to the Isle, select a vehicle and drive off after a quick stop at the gate with an attendant to check out the car. Great Job.

Our disappointment comes with National's customer service. We forgot one of our kids booster seats in the car at drop off in Orlando. We immediately attempted to call National while still at the airport and after several transfers, automated messaging and speaking with different folks, we were told to submit our request online. We have heard nothing at this point. This is a booster seat with a tag with our name on it. It is a big item to lose. Where could it have gone? We didn't have any issues with the rental or drop off/ pick up, but the customer service has been completely absent when trying to retrieve our lost personal item. I admit it was our mistake for leaving it, but companies show their true colors with their customer service and personal touch. I expected a little bit more from National.

Went to return a rental car at FLL on 1/6/17. Due to the shooting, the entrance to the rental car return was blocked. I called National to ask where I could return the car, but they gave me no answer. After the commotion, we flew out of JAX the next day, returning the car there. National charged nearly $400 for one extra day, despite there not being anyplace to return the car at FLL. Price gouging at it worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience renting from National. No hassle wait, quick and seamless process in returning the vehicle. Will definitely do business with again.

I use National Car Rental anytime I need to rent a car. As an Emerald Club member, I bypass the counter and walk directly to the Emerald Club Aisle and choose the vehicle that suits my needs. For work, I need the Chrysler Dodge Caravan or Town and Country and there is always one available. This is my "go to" car rental company!

Smooth and easy. My only complaint/suggestion, how come the cars don't have USB ports?? we rented a jeep and lol, kids couldn't charge up their phones.

I rent from National here in Orlando almost every time we visit Florida. I've always had great service, a good selection of cars, and never an issue. Returning the car is also a breeze and again, never an issue. There are always skycaps there to help with luggage and they also do a great job and make that going home part a little easier. Overall, I highly recommend National Car Rental.

National rental car meets or exceeds my expectation in rental cars. Their selection of vehicle(s) beats the other car rental businesses.

We waited in line for at least 25 mins, and when the last customer was done, a woman walked right to the counter. She said to the employee she had trouble with another rental company. The employee did not say anything to us and continued to help her knowing we have been waiting in line. Always use National for work trip and vacation. This was the worse service.

I rent from this location on a regular basis & always have great service. If I can't find the type of car I am looking for I just look for Luis & if he is working he always helps me out.

I only use National... They are extremely accommodating, courteous and go out of their way to make sure they are taking care of my needs for a vehicle. I am executive elite member and for the most part have always been able to get the vehicle I've needed at the mid size rate. I highly recommend them!

Reserved online with reward points through my credit card. I am an Emerald Club member so I was able to go straight to my car and pick any car in the Aisle. The Camry was new and had all the bells and whistles. Drove for 1 week and never had any problems. Returned to airport and took all of about 20 seconds to drop the car off through the rental car return. Pulled up, asked if I filled up and I said yes, gave them my information, and they handed me the receipt - Awesome. Side note- If you have a young child- take your car seat with you or you will have to rent one from them at least for a day until you can purchase one off-site. They will not let you leave the garage without one. I have a 4 yr old and rented their booster for 1 day until I could purchase a cheap one and then I returned their seat that afternoon to a different location closer to our hotel.

I am an Emerald Club member and upon walking out to select my car, they didn't have the one I was looking to get. One of the service employees came up and asked me if I was looking for something specific and went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. Fantastic customer service!!

Reserved with another company and they did not have a car for us. I used the National app and reserved a car while on the shuttle back to the airport from the other rental company. We arrived and got our car in ten minutes!!
