The front desk staff is very friendly while additional staff are also friendly they can have more eye contact with patient. I had contact with Dr.Portillo for the first time today for an exam and highly disappointed with his unfriendly demeanor. He didn't even introduce himself and that is very unprofessional.

The staff while busy was very helpful and kind , I saw Nurse Practitioner Diana Jacobs , she is very knowledgeable, she was spot on in my diagnosis , she took the time to explain to me, nowadays doctors never do that , I have made follow up with her , very happy the Lake Under hill staff
