PLEASE TAKE HEED*********The braider Ebony Ebthastylist Owensby is Unprofessional and Rude. There are several negative reviews about this nasty stylist on booksy.com taking people's deposit and not providing service. Her business demands a deposit to schedule an appointment, she will cancel on you last minute, speak or text you rudely and never refund your money back after she fail to provide the service you pay for. It has been weeks I have been politely eventually asking to refund my deposit after wasting my time. I wasted almost an hour patiently waiting on this nasty woman in the salon respecting her time and never got the service I paid a deposit for. If clients can respect your business requirements then why do people have to practically beg for their money. Please share and contact the law to stop this thief. Please file a complaint to the Florida license board if this happens to you and BBB... It is not right to play with people's money, you work for yours and so do we...nasty woman.........REFUND MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........P.S. Please learn from the beautiful woman at the front with dreads to greet clients upon entry....straight NASTY
