Provided by YP.comI lived here for a year and recently moved out to be closer to work. In the year that I lived here, I had absolutely zero issues. Management is always quick to reply when you need them, and always eager to answer any questions you may have. I've read some comments about mold, but this isn't something I ever had to deal with in the unit I rented. Mind you, I moved in knowing that people were complaining about it, but I typically keep a clean place and the A/C is always on.
It's a quiet little community with some really cool people and the price, in my opinion, is pretty reasonable considering where you are. There was a concern with people not cleaning up after their pets but this was taken care of in a pretty clever way. All in all, I would recommend this place for small families, couples, and roommates looking to live near the Baldwin Park area.

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give this place negative stars I would. From the moment I moved in, there was dead roaches in my sink and kitchen. I brushed it off & got them cleaned out. Well this problem reoccurred. I kept finding bugs crawling around my kitchen. It was the the point I couldn't even cook. I called landlord weekly to please send out pest control. Nothing was ever fixed ever and it got to the point where he evicted ME for having a bug problem. This place is disgusting and nasty and pure trash. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole complex is infested with bugs. Do not move here. It's not even in Baldwin it's in the ghetto. I wasted soooo much money I would've rather paid rent to live In a dumpster.

Provided by YP.comI would give no stars if possible- and this is my first negative review, ever. The review below mine only touches on things. The owner is a slumlord. I was told nothing but lies. I had rats- RATS (7 total killed in my apartment) for three months and complained everyday. They made empty promises and nothing was fixed. I called Orlando City Code Enforcement and took pictures. I had rat feces all over my kitchen. They chewed up and destroyed my sleeper sofa, my dog's toys, candles, bags etc.... I was eventually promised one month free rent for my trouble (what a joke). Move forward I move out at the end of my lease and was told I would get my deposit back- I never did. the owner eventually (3 months later and 20 phone calls and 6 emails) called me back and said he sent a certified letter stating I would not get my despoit back because I did not pay my last month rent. I never recieved a certified letter (which he claimed in FL you did not have to sign for). I lost over 6K between damages and deposit. To top it off- they do not regulate animals and my dog was attacked by my neighbors UNLEASHED dog. She had emergency surgery and months of slow recovery- this was another 5K. If you like GHETTO, TRASHY and UNSAFE living conditions- by all means, try this place out. Maggie will tell you everything under the sun and claim to be a woman of God, the owner Daniel Pelli will lie over and over- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! That was my mistake.

Provided by YP.comBefore you rent an apartment anywhere in Orlando, check Code Enforcement Violation Reports. Just search "City of Orlando Code Enforcement" and then "Check Status of Code Enforcement Incident." From there, type in the address (the complex has several addresses, but 825 and 829 will show results), then the street address is Lowell Blvd. Compare their violations to other apartment complexes to help you decide where to live.
Realize that this place gives tenants $200 off their rent for getting other people to sign a lease. I was afraid of pets being bit by rabid rats when I was here.

Provided by YP.comI moved into these condos about 2 months ago. I had heard good and bad things but I really needed a place and after I went to check them out they apartments were really nice. There have been a couple of managers but for the most part the people that work here have been cool with me. I really like the quiet you can't hear the cars passing all night long (like my old place) and my electric bill has gone done like $100 still it is cool in my apartment. It has a nice lake in the back. And they accept the bigger dogs. I have enjoyed it so far. I would suggest it to my friends.
