WebsiteWelcome to Orlando Eyecare! 50 years ago, when the Shirelles were asking Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?, and Ray Charles was Hit-ting the Road, Jack; a man with a doctorate in his pocket and a dream in his heart was packing up his Chevrolet StationWagon and driving thousands of miles to a little up-and-coming town called Orlando.
Orlando wasn't "greater Orlando". It was only "great" for the presence of alligators and orange groves. There were no Castles, no Mice, no Movie Studios, no Killer Whales.
The community was formed by its relationships, not its zipcode, and the most effective form of advertising was one family sharing their experience with another. Businesses depended on their service and relationships to expand, not their ability to advertise on the internet.
It was in that time and in that spirit that Orlando Eyecare was born. And it is in that spirit and in this time, that Orlando Eyecare continues.
Since 1961, Orlando Eyecare has seen many Mega- Optometric Facilities and Eyewear Stores come and go. But Orlando EyeCare has remained. With it's longevity, history, and unswerving commitment to personal care, it has earned the reputation to bear the name Orlando Eye CARE.
Dr. Devine's dream was to put the CAREin EyeCare, and spent his life doing just that. The gauntlet has been carefully passed on to Dr. Kirk Smith, and now he leads the team at OEC proudly, to continue the legacy with which it was first established.

Drs Devine and Smith have been professional, friendly, and , most of all, helpful with our variey of eyecare needs. Several of us have moved out of the area, but I still come to Dr. Smith every year for my check-up and glasses even though I now live about 40 miles away. Service you can trust at an affordable price!

Provided by YP.comOrlando Eyecare is the best office in town. Not only is Dr. Smith knowledgeable and friendly, so is the staff. It's located so that it's easy to get to from any part of town, and I have never had to wait long for my appointments. I have told all my friends and family about my great experiences and a number of them have switched from their old eye doctor to Dr. Smith. If you are looking for an eye care office, this place is for you.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have been coming to this office for 10 years. The doctor and staff are always very pleasant, professional and efficient. I love that when we walk in the door, they know our name-- we aren't just a number. The exams are always thorough and the Dr. Smith is very nice and down to earth. I never feel rushed, which is a plus because I hate feeling rushed at any doctors appointment. I like fun, brand-name frames. They always help me pick out the latest styles that look best on me. The hardest part is picking just one! I send all of my friends, co-workers and family here because I love their stellar customer service and I know they will treat my friends and family with the same care. Definitely the BEST eyecare in town!
